Prices are available in Swedish Kronor (SEK) with VAT included. Your final price with VAT, shipping and fees is available in your cart.

 

3.1 Payment

Payment is processed with the payment option of your choice in the checkout. Payment options are provided by Bambora, PayPal, Swish and their collaborators.

 

3.2 Card Payments

Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You’ll be charged directly upon checkout.

 

3.3.1 Invoice and installment

Invoice comes with a 14 day expiration date. The invoice is sent to your registered address. You can then choose to pay the invoice in full or apply for monthly payments on https://bill.lindorff.se.

To use this service, you must me a swedish resident and at least 20 years of age. This payment method is only available to individuals and requires a clean credit history.

A credit check will be made upon invoice request. The credit check issued by Lindorff does not affect your credit rating. In case of late payments, a late fee and interest  will be applied.

  1. Shipping and methods

A shipping fee will apply. Shipping in Sweden is done by PostNord and DHL. Abroad is PostNord.

 

4.2 Delivery

Orders made before 16.00 GMT+1 are usually shipped the same day with a 1 – 3 days delivery time.

 

 

4.3 Damaged goods and complaints

Please check your order for damages upon arrival. If your goods are damaged, contact us at info@liquidvoyage.eu for further instructions. The complaint time i 3 years.

 

  1. Right of withdrawal and refunds

In accordance with Swedish law, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been used. Customer pays the return shipping fee.

If you return your products, a refund will be made within 30 days from the day we receive your return. The customer pays the return shipping fee.

By placing a order, you agree that Liquid Voyage AB stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, this to provide the service you expect from us. LV Liquids will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right, once upon a year, to receive the information we have registered about you. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters
